These terms are between you and [legal name of the seller] ("Sidekic") and cover the Sidekic app and its service.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or your email. Keep access to it secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. One account works on your Mac and your PC.

Trial, free plan and Pro

• A new account gets 14 days of every skill, free, with no card.
• After the trial the free plan includes 5 requests a month and every skill except Summarize.
• Sidekic Pro costs $9 a month or $79 a year (or the so'm price shown at checkout with Payme), plus local tax where it applies.
• Plans have fair-use limits per month to protect the service; normal use never reaches them.

Payments, renewals and cancelling

• By card (Lemon Squeezy): a subscription that renews each month or year until you cancel. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles billing, receipts and tax. Cancel any time from Account › Manage Subscription in the app; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• With Payme: a one-time purchase of one month or one year that does not renew. Buying again adds to the time you have.

Refunds

Card payments follow Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. Payme purchases can be refunded on request within 14 days of payment: write to support@sidekic.app with the order number. A refund ends Pro straight away; the account stays on the free plan.

Using Sidekic

Use Sidekic on workbooks you are allowed to work on. Don't try to get around the plans' limits, share an account to resell access, or use the service to break the law or to harm others. We may suspend an account that does.

Your work and Sidekic's results

Your workbooks and what Sidekic makes from them are yours. Results go to a new sheet; Insert formula writes into empty cells only and can be undone from Sidekic. Sidekic shows every change as one sentence before it happens: read it before you allow it. The results come from an AI model and can be wrong; check them before you rely on them.

No warranty, limited liability

Sidekic is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Sidekic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms; the date at the top changes and important changes are announced in the app. You can stop using Sidekic and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
